Trustees & Meetings
Richmond Free Library Trustees are Laurie Dana, Kathie Templin, Amy Wardwell, Matt Crabb and Rafael Kennedy. Trustees are elected on Town Meeting Day and serve staggerd 5 years terms. Trustees meet a minimum of six times per year. To view meeting agendas and minutes, visit the Trustee website.
While the Richmond Free Library is a municipal department, Trustees have full authority over governance of the Library and are elected directly by the citizens of Richmond. The Selectboard does not establish Library policy or procedures, though the Library follows many Town procedures in the interest of administrative efficiency.
