Internet Access & Tech Room
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building (look for the network name RFLWiFi).
The library also has a Cisco hotspot projecting Wi-Fi. The broadcaster is on the southeast corner of the building and covers the entire municipal parking lot and most of the side/ back yard. (Enjoy the picnic tables!) Look for the Wi-Fi name Richmond Hotspot if you’re near and need to make a connection.
Direct ethernet connection is available in many parts of the library and we can lend users connecting cables.
There are three computer stations in our tech room each with full internet capability. There are also two printer/copiers allowing both black and white and color printing. Copies are 20 cents per page. Sending and receiving a Fax is possible from one of the printers. We ask that visitors sign in on the door when they arrive and limit their time at a computer station to thirty minutes if others are waiting.
