Meeting Spaces

Our meeting rooms are available for classes, concerts (we have a Kawai concert grand piano!), parties, etc. Reservations may be made up to six months in advance with a completed space use agreement form and $25 security deposit. 

For private or for-profit functions, Community Room rental is $50/hour, including set up and clean up time. The non-profit rate is generally $25/hour. Rates will be determined by the Library Director or Assistant Director and non-profits may be asked to provide reasonable proof of non-profit status. Payment in full, and receipt of opening/closing procedures must be completed before start of event.

Music instructors looking to rent the small music room on the third floor (with the keyboards) should contact the library for information.

The grand piano is tuned a few times a year. If your event requires a fresh tuning, you are responsible for coordinating with and compensating Hilbert Pianos directly. The Library will provide contact information upon request.
