The Library at 201 Bridge Street is open:

Items can be returned to the parking lot book drop anytime.
The library now has a Cisco hotspot projecting Wifi signal. The broadcaster on the southeast corner of the building covers the entire municipal parking lot and most of the side/ back yard. Look for the Wifi name Richmond Hotspot if you’re near and need to make a connection.
