On Wednesday, March 25, at 6pm, staff from Winooski NRCD will come teach strategies to make our homes Storm Smart. Storm Smart homes use “green stormwater infrastructure” solutions like rain gardens, rain barrels, and water bars to slow down, spread out, and sink in rainfall, helping to protect our homes, our neighbors, and our towns during heavy rainstorms.
